CRM Extensions Portfolio form Features and Benefits

·          Each Contact may have one or more Portfolios records associated with it.

·          Portfolio records may be viewed from the Contact form or also from the “Portfolios” folder (Extensions Financial version adds a “Portfolios” folder to the CRM set of folders.)

·          Each Portfolio contains the essential linked Contact information for convenient reference when viewing the Portfolio form.

·          Portfolio records may be re-linked to a different Contact record (picker button).

·          Launch the Outlook phone dialer with the Contact’s phone numbers (phone button).

·          Track account information for each Portfolio.

·          Large notes and attachment of Portfolio related documents are supported and clearly visible on this first tab.

·          Extensions forms are user customizable:

  • Add fields
  • Add tabs
  • Add functions (database links, etc.)

·          Launch any of the Extensions Actions for the associated Contact conveniently from the Portfolio form.

·          All Extensions “Custom Actions” are supported from the Portfolio from.

·          A unique set of “External Functions” is also supported for Portfolios allowing specific links that are relevant to the Financial world.

·          Portfolios may be linked to any CRM Project and viewed quickly by clicking the “Projects” label (which is hyperlinked when Projects are linked).

·          “Strategic Allocations” are supported with auto-calculated totals.

·          “Under” and “Over” allocation indicators make it clear when the allocations are not at 100% (these indicators are not currently visible in the above picture).

·           “Portfolio” options are set on the CRM Options “Extensions Financial” tab.

CRM Extensions Portfolio “Additional Info” Features and Benefits

·          Additional “Portfolio” type information is supported on this “Additional Info” tab.

·          Please view the above fields to see the information fields that are supported.

·          All modifications to this (and all Extensions forms) are tracked with who last modified the form along with the data/time of the modification.

·          Extensions forms are user customizable:

  • Add fields
  • Add tabs
  • Add functions (database links, etc.)

·          “Portfolio Notes” allow the recording of any specific “Portfolio” type notes.  This “Notes” field functions just like all of the other Extensions “Notes” type fields.

·          “CRM Functions” options are set on the CRM Options “Extensions Financial” tab.
