Each Contact may have one or more Portfolios records associated with
it.

Portfolio records may be viewed from the Contact form or also from
the “Portfolios” folder (Extensions Financial version adds a “Portfolios”
folder to the CRM set of folders.)

Each Portfolio contains the essential linked Contact information for
convenient reference when viewing the Portfolio form.
·
Portfolio records may be re-linked to a different Contact record
(picker button).
·
Launch the Outlook phone dialer with the Contact’s phone numbers
(phone button).
·
Track account information for each Portfolio.
·
Large notes and attachment of Portfolio related documents are
supported and clearly visible on this first tab.

Extensions forms are user customizable:

Launch any of the Extensions Actions for the associated Contact
conveniently from the Portfolio form.

All Extensions “Custom Actions” are supported from the Portfolio
from.

A unique set of “External Functions” is also supported for
Portfolios allowing specific links that are relevant to the Financial
world.

Portfolios may be linked to any CRM Project and viewed
quickly by clicking the “Projects” label (which is hyperlinked when
Projects are linked).
·
“Strategic Allocations” are supported with auto-calculated totals.
·
“Under” and “Over” allocation indicators make it clear when the
allocations are not at 100% (these indicators are not currently visible in
the above picture).

on the CRM Options “Extensions
Financial” tab.
